On January 25, 1982, I was sworn in as a NYC Police Officer. Sitting to my right was Robert Nobile. The reason I remember him is because, my name at the time, was JoAnn Nobile. I've never met a person with my last name that wasn't related to me. I've always wondered what happened to him. How his career with the NYPD went etc. My condolences to his family & friends on Robert's loss. May he Rest In Peace.
