Obituary of Edward W. Schuessler

Edward was born October 5, 1932, and entered into eternal rest on January 16, 2024. Decorated and proud US Army Veteran who courageously fought for our country during the Korean War. Beloved husband of Elaine J. Schuessler. Loving father of Elaine M. (the late Steve) Mains, Kathryn M. (Seretse) Thomas, Dennis (Martha) Schuessler, Kyle W. (Ilene) Schuessler, and Edward J. (Joelle) Schuessler. Cherished grandfather of Benjamin F. Mains, Haleigh Thomas, Shannon (Jorge) Aguirre, and Emily Schuessler. Visiting hours will be Sunday, January 21 from 1-5pm and Monday, January 22 from 2-4 & 7-9pm at Clair S. Bartholomew & Son, Inc., 302 So. Bedford Ave., Bellmore, NY. A Mass of Christian burial to Celebrate his life will be held 10:00 am on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at St. Barnabas R.C. Church, 2320 Bedford Avenue, Bellmore. Burial to follow in St. Charles Cemetery/Resurrection, Farmingdale.
