To the Eschmann family, please find my deepest condolences to your family at the loss of Winnie. I knew and loved her very much, she was a holy and saintly women of God. Please never forget her example (and not to forget Jack's as well) of faith and love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
I regret so much that I will be unable to attend to the wake or to concelebrate the funeral Mass on Tuesday, as is my desire, as I am currently deployed in the middle east as an air force chaplain. Please note that tomorrow, Tuesday, I will be offering a special memorial Mass here at the "Oasis of peace chapel tent" on this air base in the middle east for the repose of the soul of your Mother, grandmother and my dear friend.
