I am writing on behalf of my mother, Doris Hennessy, who was a long-time friend and neighbor of Ed and Evelyn Deutsch. My mother appreciated Mr. Deutsch's kindness and friendship he showed to her late husband Doug. Mr. Deutsch was a willing golf partner for my dad and assisted him in finding many golf balls since he suffered from macular degeneration. They kept in touch even after my parents moved to Pennsylvania. And, my mom was very touched that Ed made the trip down to Pennsylvania to attend my dad's funeral last November.
Rest in peach Mr. Detsch.... we know you are so happy to be reunited once again with your beloved Evelyn.
