Cherished grandmother of Chrissy, Michael, Stephen, Danielle and Thomas. Dearest Great Grandmother of Alexis, Evan and Jackson. Visitation Wednesday, 2-4pm and 7-930pm at C.S. Bartholomew and Son, Inc., 302 South Bedford Ave, Bellmore. Mass of Christian Burial, Thursday 10:45am, St. Barnabas R.C. Church, Bellmore Interment to follow at Linden Hill Cemetery, Ridgewood, NY. In Lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in Adeline's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
