William Fitzgerald, 83, on July 4, 2017. Beloved husband of Loretta Fitzgerald. Loving father of two daughters: Diane (Joseph) Romano and Christine (Matt) DiMatteo. Devoted Grand Father of six grandchildren: Joseph, Nick, and Marissa Romano, Vincent, Anthony, and Dominic DiMatteo. Visiting hours will be Sunday, July 9 from 2-4 & 7-9:30pm at Clair S. Bartholomew & Son, Inc., 302 So. Bedford Ave., Bellmore, NY. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:45 am on Monday, July 10, 2017 at St. Barnabas R.C. Church. Private Cremation to follow.
