I knew Len Burger for 15 years. He was a straight shooter who didn't complain about problems but was a doer. He always had something interesting to say and had a good sense of humor. He enjoyed Scouting and spending time camping. Children are a reflection of their parents. Lenny and Sophia reflect who Len was.
He cared deeply about his children and always talked about how proud he was of both Lenny and Sophia. It is said that our life is like a vapor and our time on earth is short, however Len will never be forgotten. He will live on. His son Lenny reflects his strength and his leadership. His daughter reflects his humanity and beauty as a person. For they reflect his love as they were his passion. How do I know? He said so.
Lenny, Sophia and Val, I offer my deepest condolences for your great loss. I will keep you in my prayers and will ask God to give you strength.
