Loretta,
My heart goes out to you and your family. Though I never had the pleasure of meeting your Mom, I can only imagine how wonderful a person she was. I am sure you carry her with you in your heart and that her warm spirit will live on in you and your girls. I am so sorry for your loss.
Much love to you and your family,
Lisa & George Olson

Your Mom was a wonderful caring person, she was beautiful inside and out. Her generosity, kindness and up beat mentality had a profound influence to all that had pleasure to be in her presence. So sorry to hear of her passing, the world was a better place with Connie, she will be missed, but never forgotten.
Al my love to
Frank (my favorite) Joann, Tommy, Jimmy, and Loretta.

So sorry to hear of Connie's passing. I worked for Connie at the bank. She was the first boss I ever had. She taught me a lot and I have always looked back on those days, and her, with fondness. She was tough, but she was fair and I always had the utmost respect for her. She sometimes sold gold jewelry at work and I still have a pair of earrings I bought from her, and always think of her when I wear them.

Connie was a character, yes, but also the definition of generosity. Her door was always open, her home-cooked food was delicious, and visitors never left empty handed. And, when she visited friends and family, she arrived with bags and bags of food. Everyone was welcome when Connie was present, and we all enjoyed the jokes and stories and laughter she brought to the gathering. I will always be grateful that Connie told my daughter, when she was a child, that she would love to be her “Nona”, too, and that if she needed anything, she could call her. Connie remained our mother’s friend even after Mom passed away. They were completely different women, but had a very special bond as wives of 7th Squad Detectives and then as mothers-in-law. Both our families are so lucky we were raised by Connie and Hazel. They are together again, watching over us.
Our deepest sympathies. Betty, Pat, and Bonnie
