Carey, Joan, age 88, formerly of Bellmore, on Saturday, December 22nd.
Beloved wife of the late Michael.
Cherished mother of Michael (Vita), Margaret (Bruce), Nancy (Jeff) Thomas, John (Fayme), William (Cortney), Stephen (Jayne) and the late Daniel.
Devoted grandmother to 13 grandchildren.
Dear sister of John O’Hagan.
Visitation Wednesday, December 26 from 5-9PM at Clair S. Bartholomew & Son, Inc., 302 So. Bedford Ave., Bellmore, NY.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held 9:45 am on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at St. Barnabas R.C. Church, 2320 Bedford Avenue, Bellmore, NY.
Burial will be in Holy Rood Cemetery, Westbury.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation in Joan's name.
