Sorry I couldn't be there for everyone. I am sure Uncle Tom had a great Christmas with my mom, Uncle Jerry, and Aunt "Ginna" Mary. He was a great man and father, and I will miss his jokes and stories. Live you, Kiley family.

So sorry for the loss of your father/grandfather. He has joined the choir of angels who look out for us all here on earth. May he rest well in God's eternal peace.

1 Dad was a deeply religious man. He would get ready for bed and put on his finest boxers and tuck in his Tee shirt and go around the house blessing us all with holy water
2 On mom and dads 25 th wedding anniversary after having a few drinks walked up the stairs, looked at Starsky the family dog and told him "I even love you too you son of a bitch". From a man that never cursed
3 Dad being a teacher and very great man taught us the full proof way to never get stung by a bee. If he saw a bee he would run with his hands and arms flailing all around yelling BREAD AND BUTTER over and over until he was in a safe place.
4 He involved himself with different community groups us kids were involved in. While he was a baseball manager for Tommy and Danny during a game my brother Tom was catching a ball got away and hit him between the legs. Well that being difficult dad came running to him along with the teammates and in front of the hole team asked Tom " are you okay honey"? Well if the hit to the groin wasn't enough now Tom is known by the team as honey. But dad was only showing his love for his son.
5 While visiting his son michael at his home he took the opportunity to show his grandson Michael Christian how to do a layup. Will while trying it he fell to the driveway and needed assistance to get up. Months later he visited again on April 1st and wanted to once again show the correct way to perform a layup to his grandson Michael Christian Mom, Lauren and my brother Michael were in their back yard and Michael came running back to tell them that pop pop fell trying to do a layup. Being April Fools we did not believe him but we went out to the front yard and there was pop pop once again on the driveway laying there bruised both physically and ego bruised. He then called it quits figuring three times and your out.
Dad thank you for being the honest man and always loving us, your family. We didn’t have a lot growing up but we never went without love, food, and a roof over our heads. I love you Pops and will miss you!
