Pat was that very special Uncle with a great personality, love of sports and willingness to help anyone who needed it. His stories of the family came from a very special place in his heart.
The thing I will also treasure was the day a few years ago, Hal, Pat and I drove to Montauk to just enjoy the area. Listening to the stories in the car was fun. Started with lunch near Gossmans, then over to the Montauk Downs. Hal breaks out the putter and these two guys were like kids in the candy store playing putting games. Here they barely could walk with out help, yet the putter provided them a moment to escape and enjoy a little competition between brothers in law. Of course the day, ended at Nathan's for dinner.
Simple, fun and a memory that I will never forget. Pat thanks for leaving your mark on this world and we look forward to hearing the new stories you are creating now in heaven. Steve and Karen Peterson
