To Sal's Family,
As a teenager and young adult I was close with some friends of Sal's (Peter Oberdorfer, Pat Mantovi) and spent alot of time hanging with Sal and got to know him pretty well. What sticks out in my mind about Sal is how he was a very caring person that was always welcoming to anyone that he came in contact with. Sal was nice enough to attend my wedding and I truly appreciated that he was there for me on that special day. It is unfortunate that we hadn't kept in touch over the last few years, but I will not forget what a good person he was to me. His kindness has left a lasting impression that I will remember for all my life. I hope you may find a small comfort in knowing that Sal's memory will live on in the thoughts and minds of all those he touched.
