Mr. Kovacik is survived by his wife Nancy (Marcotrigiano) Kovacik two sons: Michael J and Matthew T Kovacik; two sisters: Lisa and Linore Kovacik, and two brothers: Paul and Mark Kovacik,; Sister In Law, Bridget Chin; Nephews, Ryan and Ethan Kovacik; Christopher and Nicolas Marcotrigiano. Mother In Law, Maria Marcotrigiano; Brother and Sister In Law, Paul & Jenny Marcotrigiano and Sister In Law, Lori Marcotrigiano. As well as Many Aunts, Uncles and cousins

Visiting hours will be Wednesday, December 4 from 7-9:30pm and Thursday, December 5 from 2- 4 & 7-9:30pm at Clair S. Bartholomew & Son, Inc., 302 So. Bedford Ave., Bellmore, NY.

A Mass of Christian burial to Celebrate his life will be held 10:00 am on Friday, December 6, 2019 at Sacred Heart R.C. Church, 720 Merrick Ave, Merrick, NY .
